The scope of works cover the construction and completion of the United Arab Emirates Embassy building in Beirut, Lebanon, which comprises the works as shown on the drawings and as detailed in the Contract Documents: architectural, structural and electro-Mechanical.

The building has a total built up area of approximately 7,500 m2 allocated to below ground basement on two levels and two ground floor levels (lower and upper floors) and two other floors above ground, all used as Ambassador and Consulate offices with all related necessary utilities such as waiting halls, receptions area, meeting rooms, conference rooms, etc.

The contract comprises execution and completion of the works and remedying any defects therein including the provision of all labour, materials, construction plant, temporary or permanent facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the works.

Project comprises a new smart architectural building and the site is prominently located on the Jnah area facing Ramly el Bayda zone on Lot No. 3655.
