Rehabilitation & extension of water supply systems, including construction of potable water treatment plant, reservoir, pumping station & lifting pipe line. The work comprising the following: Construction (design, presses, implementation) of rapid sand filter water treatment plant with a capacity of 26,000 m3/per day. Construction of ground reservoir with a capacity of 2,240 m3. Construction of a pumping station equipped with 16 vertical axial boosters pump set each has a capacity of Q=120 m3/Hour. TMH=600 m.

Installation of chlorination unit. A new lifting pipe line with a total length of 36 km of Ductile Iron pipes of 20 inch dia. Construction of 2 km access road including excavation, pavement, asphalting & retaining walls. Rehabilitation of existing transformer & control panel rooms and the design of new arrangement for new electrical transformers equipment and suppliers (Phase 2).
