Renovation by installation, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of sanitary sewerage network, fresh water & brackish water network, telephone works and all other ancillary works. Sanitary sewer network consists of replacing 150 km of 200 mm to 1200 mm diameter sewerage pipeline, installing and replacing approx. 4500 sewer manholes, reconnecting approx. 3,000 house connections to the main line.

Water supply works consisting of replacing existing asbestos cement pipe (fresh & brackish water) by laying a ductile iron pipe network in the same sidewalk within the water reserve – Total 193 km of 80 – 400 mm diameter ductile iron pipes.
