Operation and maintenance of Umm Al-Hayman Sewerage Treatment Plant against work orders issued by the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) Engineer according to maintenance & plant services scheduled program prepared by us and approved by MPW Project Engineer: Preventive maintenance (electrical & mechanical): Routine maintenance of all equipment and instrumentation that occur repetitively at regular intervals; Corrective maintenance (electrical & mechanical): Maintenance works performed to repair parts and to correct situations; Replacement of equipment & parts (electrical & mechanical): Replacement works for equipment and parts out of service and beyond repair; Civil maintenance: Maintenance of all buildings, water structures and roads; Site maintenance: Cleaning, Landscaping and maintenance of irrigation system.
