The Contracts includes construction and maintenance of the new Eshbeeliyah Neighbourhood Centre which includes: Police Station – Consisting of basement, ground floor and first floor of 2,178 m2 each; Municipality, Shops & Super market – Consisting of basement, ground floor and first floor of 10,595 m2 each divided into 5 blocks; Post Office – Consists of ground floor of 1,299 m2; Library – Consists of basement of 654 m2, ground floor and first floor of 1184 m2 each; Gas House – Consists of ground floor of 160 m2; External works – for an area of 12,223 m2; Excavation: 83,745 m3; PC: 2,846 m3; RCC – Substructure: 27,630 m3; RCC – Superstructure: 15,067 m3; Block Works: 22,521 m2; Aluminium Cladding: 14,313 m3 & Painting Works: 61,515 m2
