Construction Works package for 12 buildings in Staff Village Phase 1b Bonded Area on Plot-1 (SD_63), Plot-2 (SD_62), Plot-3 (SD_61) & Plot-4 (SD_60) in the Logistics District of Dubai South

The project comprises the designing, construction, testing and commissioning, and maintenance during the defects liability period of the works related to the construction of staff village Bonded Area Phase 1B (12 buildings) at Logistics District of Dubai South.

The Works include, but are not limited to:

a) Development of detailed design from the issued schematic drawings. b) Civil & Structural work. c) Architectural works including external and internal finishing works. d) Mechanical works. e) Electrical works. f) Fire protection & Firefighting. g) ICT & Security systems. h) Building Management Systems. i)  External works (Roads, pavers, soft & hard landscaping, etc.). j) Utility connections including re-routing any existing. k) Testing and commissioning
