The work consists of marble and granite cladding and paving, clay brick paving, asphalt paving, concrete works for fountains and boundary wall, handrails, balustrades and mechanical & electrical work.

The Landscape Scope of Work is as Following:- (1) Demolish of existing Landscape; (2) Asphalt Work: 9,000 m2; (3) Heavy Ceramic tiles: 7,000 m2; (4) Granite paving: 10,000 m2; (5) Storm-water network; (6) Irrigation network; (7) Soft landscape; (8) Water supply network; (9) Fences and gates; (10) Fountains; (11) Sanitary network. Major quantities: Marble cladding: 1,800 m2, Marble and Granite Paving: 8,000 m2, and Clay Brick Paving: 9,000 m2.
