Project is the Four Seasons Hotel, which comprises a new mixed-use building development, consisting essentially of a high-rise hotel tower on podium base. The work briefly, consists of the construction of the following together with associated facilities, site improvements and landscape development. The hotel Building has a total built-up area of approximately 49,000 m2 allocated to below ground basement on 5 levels and a 120 m high rise tower above ground (podium for public and back of house areas with guest floors above offering 234 no. keys).

The lower 4 levels of the basement are generally for car parking and electro-mechanical plant; the first basement level provides areas for back of house functions. The podium provides public areas on three separate floors. 2 mechanical floors, transferring utilities from the podium to the guest tower. The tower contains 21 no. guest floors and it is furnished with a flat roof containing a swimming pool and various amenities for hotel guests.
