The project – Package 2 consists of structural, masonry and external finishes works; multi-storied building with 3 basements, ground floor, 3 mezzanine floors, 38 upper floors and an upper floor.

Total built-up area-66,000 m2 with an area for external works plus out the plot area is approx. 7,000 m2, the built-up area for 3 basements is 15,000 m2 and ground floor + mezzanine floors is 16,000 m2 and external works including soft and hard landscaping works. Package 6 comprises architectural finishes including doors.
