This project is a Joint Venture of Kharafi Construction Companies and includes a Canine Building and service buildings for a training center, kitchen, medical center and guard house.

Scope of works includes the following:

Earth works, Substructure & Superstructure cast insitu, Masonry Work, Metals work, Thermal & Moisture Protection, and Finishing Works.

Sulaibiya Built-up area 13,650 m2; Shuaiba Built-up area 5,300 m2; Concrete 5,600 m3; Excavation 12,000 m3; Waterproofing 3,293 m2; Masonry Work 8,535 m2; Plaster Work 21,366 m2; Painting Work 21,880 m2 and flooring 9,428 m2.
