Construction, completion, commissioning and maintenance of the following works: (1) Academic Space Buildings (Buildings T1 to T12, Shelters under T2 and T11, connecting foot bridges, learning resources and the college administration buildings); (2) communal facilities buildings (buildings C1, C2 and C3, car park, 2 shelters at the basement, irrigation water tank, energy building, water tank and substation SS-1; (3) car park buildings (including buildings CP1, CP2, CP3 and substation SS-02; (4) External works including boundary wall, guard houses, connecting bridge to female campus, infrastructure, landscaping (72,000 m2) and electro-mechanical works, steel: 4,560 tons. Total built-up area: 215,800 m2. Total concrete: 200,000 m3.

The Landscaping scope of works:-

External works: – (1) Large quantity of earthworks in fill apart from foundation related earthworks; (2) Soft and hard landscaping including roads etc; (3) Sports facilities like 1 no. soccer field and 1 no. tennis court; (4) Structures like space frames to the external of library building and over external gates; (5) External mechanical works; (6) External electrical works; (7) Female campus connecting bridge; (8) Fences and gates approximate material quantities:- (1) Asphalt works: 23,600 m2; (2) Soft landscaping/planting: 23,289 m2; (3) Sanitary network
