The project comprised of international hotels (The Palace Port Ghalib Resort – 309 rooms); Crowne Plaza Sahara Oasis Port Ghalib Resort (292 rooms), Crowne Plaza Sahara Sands Port Ghalib Resort – 347 rooms), Residential Units – 344 apartments, 49 Town Houses and 3 Luxury Villas, Conference Centre (1,500 m2), Spa (1,000 m2), Corniche (6,131 m2 restaurant, 3,369 m2 retain area Exploratorium), entertainment island (700 m2 restaurant), Harbour master (400 m2), Gym (600 m2). Total cost US$ 216.7 million. Cost of infrastructure works in addition to the above is approx. US$ 130 million. Total contract value: US$ 346.7 million.
