Construction, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation and maintenance of Central Utility Plants (1 & 2) including ancillary buildings and utility service tunnel.
The scope of works includes;
Civil, Mechanical & Electrical for the Central Utility Plants 1 & 2 and the ancillary buildings including water tanks, treated sewage effluent tank, cooling towers, etc. district cooling system including chilled water pipes, pumps, condensers, etc.
Firefighting system including sprinklers, hose reels, landing valves etc. Plumbing system including cold water hot water, drainage, and associated works. Metal works such as cable trays. Cladding and steel structure for CUP 1 & 2 – cooling towers, thermal energy storage, electrical sub-stations, fuel oil storage. Domestic water tanks. Central Utility Plants are two identical buildings 27,500 m2 in area and 22 m in height. 18 nos Chillers x 2,000 TR=36,000 TR; 18 Nos. Cooling Towers Cells; 13 nos. RCC water tanks 23,100 m3; TES Tank with 30m Dia. & 15m Height; RO. Plant with in-fluent flow 10,800 m3/day; 1,250 tons steel structure works (roofing); 5 nos. 3.3 KVA Diesel Generators; 8 nos. 415 V Diesel Generators.

Excavation: 462,250 m3; Reinforced Concrete: 96,000 m3; Rebar: 14,850 tons; Steel Structure for roofing: 2,500 tons; Water Proofing: 45,000 m2 & Steel Structure for pipe support: 1,150 tons
